Large Custard Tart
Sweet pastry shell filled with a delicately creamy baked custard and dusted with nutmeg.
Serves approx 10-14 people. Please allow 48 hours from order to pickup as they are made to order.
Custard tart comes whole and not sliced into pieces. Please cut up tart with a knife dipped in hot water and wiped with a chux cloth for the neatest presentation.
Brulee custard tart comes pre-portioned into 12 pieces and torched ready to eat. Sugar will start to dissolve after 24 hours so please pick up as close to needing to serve the tart as possible.
Custard tart must be kept in the refrigerator until serving.
Tarts come on a board and inside a cardboard box. Shelf life of approx 3-4 days from pickup
