Sweet pastry shell filled with our famous tangy lemon curd and topped with fluffy meringue and dusted with snow sugar.
Serves approx 10-14 people. Please allow 48 hours from order to pickup as they are made to order.
Tart comes whole and not sliced into pieces. Please cut up tart with a knife dipped in hot water and wiped with a chux cloth for the neatest presentation.
Lemon meringue tart must be kept in the refrigerator until serving.
Tarts come on a board and inside a cardboard box. Shelf life of approx 3-4 days from pickup
